decided to embed a business intelligence tool into their product offering, they were confronted
with a crowded and competitive space of second-generation business intelligence tools. Which one

Blacklight Solutions provided Troux with an evaluation Runway Package that compared features
across dozens of business intelligence tools to create a short list of options that would meet their
needs. The final selection for a tool was then made with a Proof of Concept integration to illustrate
the capabilities of the tool after the evaluation. Troux moved forward the tool after the proof of
concept and is deploying it to customers today.
